By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Chelsea Insurance Services is a family-owned insurance distributor of commercial and personal lines insurance products, based in Firestone, Colorado. Chelsea Insurance Services is a trade name of KASL Insurance Services LLC. Insurance products are offered only where we are licensed to do so; licensing varies by state. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
15 Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or transfer of our business.
