Who we are

We’re a family business. The people who answer the phone are the people who work on your coverage. For renters, homeowners, pet owners and families, we offer renters, homeowners, personal umbrella, pet health and dog liability insurance, along with other personal coverage. As an independent agency, we aren’t tied to a single insurance company. We look at options suited to your situation and explain them in plain English.

How we work with you

We start by listening. What do you own, who lives with you, what worries you, and what do your current policies actually say? Then we compare options and walk you through the trade-offs in plain English — deductibles, exclusions and how claims are settled — so you can decide with confidence. When something changes, like a move, a new driver, a new dog or a renewal notice you didn’t expect, call us and we’ll take another look.

What we won’t do

We won’t pressure you, promise a price before we’ve seen your situation, or suggest coverage you don’t need. If another option makes more sense for you, we’ll say so. And if we can’t help with something, we’ll tell you plainly and point you in a better direction where we can.
